Celeriac and Apple Slaw

This recipe is suitable for vegetarians.
- 2 celeriacs
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 6 banana shallots
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 lemons
- Peel the celeriac and shallots.
- Grate the celeriac and apples and place into a bowl.
- Finely slice the shallots and add to the bowl.
- Add zest and juice of the lemons.
- Add mayonnaise.
- Mix and serve.
