A Guide to the Countryside by Hunter Adair
Hunter Adair, a countryman living and farming in Hexham, Northumberland, has written a series of 8 books about the countryside. He has agreed to allow the books to be published on The Country Trust’s website so that schools up and down the country can access and download the books to teach children about the countryside. The books contain more than 500 photographs and drawings, all done by Hunter. Sets of the books have already been donated to many primary schools in the North of England and in Scotland.
